Guess what? I just changed my fanartreview colour to black and WHHHHOOOOAAAAAA this artwork just pounces out at me.
I can see all the detail in that black wall, the brick work is detailed. The pointillism of the halo of the lamp light is stellar handling of your medium. and the shadow of the man the surprise and the punch that pushes this art over the top.
The colour of this piece is gorgeous in harmony and creates a spooky feel. I hope you are working on something for Halloween contest that just came up.
Splendid work. well worth a cyber 6 rating.

Clever! The shadow has a life of its own. I also like the ambiguity you have left regarding what that shadow arm is holding. The natural inference is "knife", but it could, for instance, be a book seen edge on. The big unanswered question is why is the shadow sending signals?

It is so unusual to see you expressing yourself in black and white, that I first thought this work belonged to another artist. By a closer look it was however easy to recognize your style and the very unique creativity. I like very much the simplicity in this work though, and the contrast between the straight lines and shapes and the shadow man.
Everything is done so precise and with good attention to details, and it is a good distinction between dark and brighter areas.
I also think this is a good composition. At first I was going to suggest a slight cropping of the bottom, but then the man and the shadow would be too much centered. This is really well done, and you are a true master with your sharpie markers.

It is so unusual to see you expressing yourself in black and white, that I first thought this work belonged to another artist. By a closer look it was however easy to recognize your style and the very unique creativity. the funny thing i was going to do the claw glove but not many may have seen the elm street saga like u and i and wouldnt have a clue..stayed with the knife..no brainer on that one..wink. thanks for the great review!
