yes they are beautiful.
I have a few of these but they are so small and easy to miss. I have to start looking at the end of january.

Great angle of the capture with excellent soft colours of the Crocus, well balanced, great centers of the flowers showing well.

Very nice in the way you captured the flowers, the angle. The focus is on the main flower and the stamen there and then with it overlapping the one behind it and it showing enough of the golden stamen to bring you further into the image, nicely framed to begin with and then cropped, creating good visual flow.
The lighting and the use of the sharpening filter adds to the flow, with the greens in the negative space complimenting the purples that set up the flowers and their stamen well.
The lower pedal on the front flower beacons the viewer into the composition,enhancing the perspective and creating a good feeling of depth.

This is gorgeous. THe flower seems to pop out of the background. gorgeous colors in the background as well as the flower. love your techs! I want to go out and take some pictures.
