a lovely orange flower, opening itself to the world in a conservative fashion

Very nice color choices...the oranges and gold contrast beautifully with the teals and sea green. Highlighting on petals brings nice impact to the rose. Brush strokes of background give a pleasant satiny texture to this painting. Well done, thanks for saring this with us.
