good luck in the comp. it's a great concept and idea. the composition is nicely worked into the frame and the inner rounded frame is very effective.

I love the framing and the superior composition.
The colors so subtle and inviting.
So mysterious that I want to go in and find out.
Great work. It has winner all over it.

Very pretty! Love this shade of pink. Great for the contest. I like the reflection of the vase at the bottom. I don't know anything about digital art but is there anything you can do about the noticeable cut off line to the right of the vase? or is that something that has to be there?

This is an awesome display of pink. The flowers and the patterns are very pleasant to the eye. It captures varieties of pink as well.

A simply beautiful design. My first impression was of a delicate trio of pink flowers in a silver/pink vase. I looked further and saw more. The focal point is great. The coloring is lovely. Good job. Jill

Remember first, all reviews are subjective. They are created from the knowledge and experience of a reviewer, so can vary drastically.
Newbies may mean well, giving higher ratings. Thoughtful ones can help us to improve our work.
Interesting, creative, warm color. Sharpening a bit might improve impact, especially the flowers in the front. due to contrast of those in background they look sharper... It could be an optical illusion, but the vase looks tipped to the left.
Variation in values in the colors of the flowers are realistic.
The background, is distracting, drawing attention away from the flowers. The stems running out of the top, carry the eye away from the main subject. They could be cloned out to improve impact..
Like the mid tones.
Some say they would not change anything in a photo.
Artists change many things, they put themselves into their art. They communicate things, that no photo out of the camera ever can. Personally, I prefer to be an artist, if we communicate our feelings, we were successful.

Love this digital art piece or maybe I'm just partial to pink. I especially love teh detail on the vase and it's shape. The reflection below it is great and the fact that it is in a circular space is very intriguing. The squares add movement and depth as well as perspective. Gorgeous shape to the flowers. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be the focal point, perhaps the larger one in the front, but my eye is drawn to the vase. Nice piece.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful review, WC. I know that's not your name, but didn't know what else to call you :) I truly appreciate the beautiful comments, and you're right about the vase, I was having more fun with IT than the flowers lol. :)

You are very welcome! See, I knew it! The vase was more fun for you as well...nice piece! Michelle

A really lovely piece! The monochrome pink is nice, but not detracted by the pop of yellow. Well balanced, well lit and a neat concept. Hope you win the pink contest!
