I confess freely to knowing little about art, but the way you have drawn this reminds me of the style of a famous artist, but for the life of me I can't remember who. I like all that detail, all the busy bits of the beach scene. There's a lot to see. Must have taken you ages to do. Excellent colours, so vibrant and suitable for the theme. Well done.

lol..im so sorry..this was in a contest has come and gone. it did 3rd but i didnt really promote it right back then(was a more newer guy then and have been educating now...lol)...im just trying to establish more than 2 review...lol i do appreciate you taking the time in giving me this great review.

Great colour and I love colour. I really like the realism of your images, not all model type beauties, there are imperfections and this is really refreshing. I know the song well, guess I'm showing my age. I know with original art, you can't just fix it on the computer like the photographers do, but there are some spatial problems here. The water and the beach are a little off as far as perspective goes but the people are your strong point and I just love their individual characters. thanks for sharing

Great colour and I love colour. I really like the realism of your images, not all model type beauties, there are imperfections and this is really refreshing. oh i dont give up, i was saying that the only time i do win anything it stays on my site for about a month then the trophy just disappear and this picture shows no record of it. if i didnt have a record of it in my email i would say i have dreamed the whole thing of coming in 3rd place of the summertime contest..i see up ahead at the end of the beach there is a sign...a sign that leads to dream and imagination...there standing by the sign is Rod Serling and the sign says i am in the twilight zone....dididididididididi...lol i couldnt resist and i always enter contest all my life it just feels good though that is has taking about 40 years before ink markers starting to get it half tail respect. i used to hear why dont you paint or use other artist materials...using ink markers are juvenille..hey believe it or not i had one make that same comment the other day that my work looks so easy for an artistic teeanger could do...i told her thats ok i have been used to those comments for the last 40years and thank her for my poor review and told her have a great day..oh yeah i did say something like one mans trash is another mans treasure...lol i am so glad that you have enjoyed this and do appreciate you taking the mimt ein giving me this great review.

ha ha I know what you mean, my wins are slowly disappearing off the face of the earth lol I must start doing some for your comps.
That comments is a bit hasrh, just because they are done in markers, did she even examine the actual drawing skill behind your work. People are sooooo hard to draw and yet you seem happy to throw a whole bunch of them together.

actually i cut it down..originially iwas going to about 20 more but i didnt want to seem clutter and lose the message...im working on some more ideas of some contest ill be organizing(i have a list)..and ill be bring you in on the loop on them.
