Great initial impact and composition.
They look kind of ungroomed as the feathers change over. Hopefully the feathers change before he looks for a girlfriend! LOL

Keep on doing whatever it is you are doing! Its producing backgrounds that show your subjects of really well! Not sure I understand your title, but that does not matter. This is a great photograph!! Fantastic focus and exposure have produced a truly impressive and enjoyable image. Would like to give you more than 5*'s but have run out! Great job!!

This is a great close up of the lovely Cardinal. Lighting and focus very good showing great detail in his lovely colours. He shows up very well against the black background. Great composition.
