What great execution - perfect fit for the contest. Good timing for the picture!! For the contest I liked your shot the best! I like the sign so you know what's passing - gives a sense of movement and waiting - us waiting for the train to pass by so we can move. Lovely!

Cool picture! I love the stark contrast of the RR sign against the speeding train. I can feel the draft as it flies by. I like the mix of blended colors of the train and bright red. Well done never thought of it.

An amazing shot here that highlights the difference between yield and moving. I love the blur of the train, I too live near a crossing and find it great unless I am stopped waiting in my car, when I am in a hurry. Thanks for sharing my friend and good luck in the contest. Cyn

This is an excellent pic for the contest! You placed the post and signs in an excellent spot, right down the thirds line. The sense of motion and blurring of the train is perfect. The colors of the train are still noticeable and add a good subtleness to the overall shot! Good luck in the voting! :) Joan
