They are piercing the soul man! Honestly, your art is something that many people do not delve in.... but it's because of that, that you are even more unique my friend! Seriously, I really do hope that you can get your work published. Masterful art work is masterful.

Ok, I will start this off by saying Great skin tone, (I think I have said that before) Fantastic hair and beard, These elements must be extremely time consuming to do. Colors you have in the drawing are fantastic. Great detail and composition.

I guess guys like him have a skin color like that. They spend much time outdoors [he, he]. The skin color depicts the character, like the hair and eye color. I can't see anything wrong with that. To me he really doesn't aggressive. He looks smart almost wise reminding also of Druids and Merlin at once.

fine work to me. love the beard and the hair best. the blue eyes are cool. Sharpies are different and that is ok. I like to work with them for several reasons. it is challenging to do it very good. I am still trying. one guy gave me a 2 on one of mine and he only had photos posted so I suggested that he draw one of his photos. but guess what he doesn't draw.

I don't know why no 6 stars for me-I don't give them out often at all. THis would be 6 in all elements I find pleasing in a fine art work. LOVE the sujbect filling the frame, the orangish tone and the blue will always grab my attention and you have used the complementary colors so effectivley. The green is a bonus. Your eye work is always superbly done, but the nose and right cheek, expertly rendered-almost photographic feel. The precision work on the sword is over the top good. LOVE this! Jean

Heck...we are all critics in this life. Some of us are prone to linking different art than others are. As to this piece, I like it. Strong face with intense eyes. Features are well drawn and the colors are right for it. Well framed to set him off. Nice work, as always!
