i can appreciate the time that went into this, it does seem fuzzy on the right side and the contrast is not quite sharp to make out the head cheek and neck definition where all three meet.

The shading makes it hard to decipher the light source...is this drawn looking at a photograph? The face also seems a bit out of proportion...it's still nice though, keep up the good work

xbisibix, the light source is from the left, based on the major shadow on the right, the darks and lights on the left are differences in the dogs fur pattern, thank you for the review.. have great day... LvO

I like this pencil dog drawing a great deal. Is there a scanning problem here? I am sure the original is much better. The shadowing is well balanced. You have done a great job putting everything together. Nice work.

An excellent picture. You use the same style i do, but you have more control over the shape the shading is meant to achieve. You can really see the angular shapes that this dog has in its face. Fantastic
