Wow! What a great close-up! The eye has so many layers and great depth to it, makes me wonder what is going on in this tiger's mind. Lovely colorations.

Definetely has that impact factor-very well done on recreating the shine in the eye. The animal fur is spot on-all in all a very interesting painting

this a rare rather impressive and creative idea, painting just the eye of a tiger must some deep meaning in your art style, I like the color contrast, and could fall inro an expressive abstraction art work

Nicely done with the use of the acrylic inks and watercolour paper. The detail shows up well around the eye and your technique has worked nicely for the presentation of this. Even the reflection in the eye is interesting.

My personnel views on your Artwork presentation;
Nice work on this . I just feel the brush strokes are to definative, & maybe larger more sweeping ones on the fur, less to take away main focus of the eye, which is a very detailsed nice piece of work, possibly a darker tone aboce the eye would enhance.& the grey area in the eyeball just makes it a tad glossy/glass like.~
~Initial impact 5
~ Creativity of Presentation 5
~ Colour of Harmony 5
~ Centre of Interest 5
~ Technical excellence 4.5
~ Anatomy of subject.4.5
~Technique 5
~ Story telling ability 5
~ Colour / Shading 4.5
Thank~you for your work to review, always a pleasure

Hi
Presume its acrylic or watercolour. A good attempt for a challenging project!
Being a watercolourist myself, I would have used a larger brush.... the work seems slighly "over-worked".
Too much detail on the fur...drawing attention away from the centre focus piont.
I feel too much grey was used in the upper eye, giving it a glassy appearance.
Take care, L

I did try to get a glass appearance in the eye. I used acrylic inks.

The Eyes Have It. Your image captures the intensity of this powerful animal in a most beautiful way. The attention to detail shows us that you know your stuff. Very nice work here.
