Wonderful shot of the stunning cardinal and the clarity is amazing right down to the eye! The red is true to natural and the gray in the feathers tells me this is a youngster! Lovely b.g. to make him stand out soo well against it! Awesome shooting bird man!l.o.l. Best of luck in the contest!

Such great attitude in his face!! Love the depth of field so silken smooth with its wonderful contrast of verdant tones to offset this Cardinal. Great light that really affords the rich colors, focal precision in the plumage as well as appealing light to dark contrasting. Great comp and character.
