I think I saw this before and wasn't impressed, but I can't recall exactly. This time, however, I like what I see. Maybe it was an improvement based on my comments. :) Anyway, it's perfect image with a perfect message.

This is a great shot! The blur is perfect, composition and exposure are right on too! The sign isn't quite tac-sharp, but I am nit-picking. Good job! Hapy shooting!

3. Your main focus...the sign... is sharp, allowing us to appreciate the movement behind it.
