I love the feeling you give your poster work.
Color is bright and rich.
The emotion that is present on this angel's face is obvious.
I love the details of the refection of the moon in the water. Stars above and lights reflecting maybe the rural side of town just really add to the depth of it all :)
Thank you for sharing your artistry :)

This is very cool. I do love your color choices. Having the guitar player larger than life is perfect. Bright and bold. Composition is right on. Well done.

This is wonderful the way ou have drawn it. I like the way you have the shadow under the bridge. I like the way you have the angel sitting on top of all the buildings. I guess that is for all the singers and ones that played their guitars who have passed away. I guess he is just sitting up there and thinking about what has happened to all the singers that are down in that old blues city today. I see you got your red in this one. Who was a red haired singer? An excellent and creative picture. Good luck in the contest.

you know Mr jones. doing things in a neat and simple lil package is really not a challenge. i liked the technic of Norman Rockwell. He can take the most simple everyday ordinary things in life and make it a truely special moment captured by his style. Im not a master like rockwell...i have worked with oil but really dont have the pateince..lol....but i would like to be known as the MKFlood of markers..wink. thanks for the great reveiw.

yes that is the key, in the sense you have your own style and ideas. i often revisit that picture buchenwald 1945 (should be in a Holocaust museum). with your military experience you could certainly develop other pictures of moving history. it might open a few doors.
Comment from Angelheart The First

I "had" to come and view this MK because I saw the angel wings. When it came up for viewing I was really captured by the great detail, especially
in the angel.I only dabble in traditional art but would give anything to be this good.
Very enjoyable, fits the criteria of the contest perfectly.BTW,where do you get your markers?
Angelheart :)
