This is sooo beautiful. I especially love thelights on the left-hand side which illuminate the water. This is truly one of the prettiest images I've ever seen. I wish I could have been standing there to see this amazing view.

Appreciate that, its just that the lights on the LHS in particular appear to be over bright in the shot.

my camera has some special settings like "sunset effect", enhancing warm colors and many others, enhancing low lights; therefore, my pics, out of the camera, look like post edited

Its a stunner and its well framed. The waterfront lights with the blues and especially gorgeous. Focus is sharp and the night exposure is good. Lovely colors. Very impressive shooting.

This is definitely a great shot especially when you mention this has been taken with a Panasonic Lumix TZ10. Being a compact camera having a small sensor, they are more prone to noise (and something called colour gremlins).
Would like to know if this has been edited in software... I notice a bit of increased contrast and high saturation.

wow, really like this a lot! what a beautiful evening shot. this is truly one of the best night scenes i've seen apart from one i saw in a book once of Hong Kong. i'd give you a higher rating but ran out. dave :)

Beautiful vibrant colours attract the viewer's eye. The shapes in the mountains add interest as to the city's colourful buildings. A good control of exposure and the focus is pin sharp. Good luck in the comp :)
