Thank you so very much for a great review and high score! I was waiting for the parent bird to come feed them! I was very surprised to see this and was thrilled to snap the shutter. I doubt I will ever see this again. I too would like to have had a video of it!

Wow! You sure were at the right place at the right time. It's hard to catch these beauties at all let alone laying in the nest. The nest itself is goregous! It almost looks like jade. How interesting. POV, composition outstanding. Color and clarity also. Thanks for sharing. It's stunning.

Thank you so very much for a good review and high score! The nest is made from cottonwood fiber and spider web. The outer part of the nest is tree liken. The nest itself is very common but rare to see because they blend in so well.

I have never seen a hummingbird nest before. This is a great shot. I like that you left leaf mainly in focus so that we have some scale in size. Good job.
