Another masterpiece in the cat series. The eyes are beautiful and the contrast of the blue back ground make the portrait pop. Nice lovely facial expression too.

The blue eye really pops. The fur is so soft and I can nearly feel it.
The feature is so photo-realistic.
The overall color scheme is so soft which suit well for the subject.

I love this. I love it in pastels. The kitten's fur looks so soft, fluffy and real. YOu have done a stellar job with the eyes and nose. Love the little basket.

Beautiful artwork, great attention to detail. Love the colors and how the kittens eyes are a piercing blue. You have captured the kittens aloofness and matter-of-fact gaze. He looks as if he is thinking, "what" I'm comfortable, you got something to say about that...love it!

Wow, A Cutie! High initial impact. Love the sweet image, a relaxing sight, to see. I love the light background and the sharp image. I can't believed that this is a painting. Looks so real and like a well-captured photograph. The textures of the fur are so prominent. Excellent angle, even capturing the look in the eyes. Suzanne, soft pastels are easily blended and that is exactly what this kitten needed to wear...blended softness.
Composition style with that front paw gives an emotion to the art for we know they are curious and with those eyes fixed on us and that paw at the ready she is about to explore her world...and so a nice story has been born.
Your drawing skills I won't go into depth for you are VERY adept at dimensional proportions giving depth and perspective to your art. That basket is detailed and well drawn with hard lines and what a sensational juxtaposition there is against all that softness. Oh those eyes....they are supported by that background.
A very strong image, full of fluffiness, exactness, story, colour, emotion...
