Only kids are able to enjoy rain like this. I remember doing the same.
The original photo must have been excellent. I guess the background didn't support the boy. You did a good job with the mixed media, especially with those reflections and the water around the boots.

Looks like a Winner! Very creative. Love the image per se. He surely look so joyous with the fun, being in the rain, yet so dressed up. Great add on of the rain and the flood in the foreground. Technical skills, lighting, focus, creativity and presentation, high five. Well captured and well done on the additions.

Impact 5 color 5 technique 5 love the compositio the depth of field the rain, the lit windows in the distance obscured by the rain . Technical 5 sharp image. This picture is so adoreable. You have captured this little boy's joy at splashing in the mud perfectly.

Good, very good. Excellent exposure, focus, composition and contrast. Color and depth of field work well. Child's expression is priceless. Flood and rain filter work really well. This is really good. And I have a 6 star left...you got it.

He is having a good day it seems. nice rain drops or streeks. the little suit is very cute. I have never seen one like that. he is ready for a hurricane. so sweet.

You caught it! This is absolutely precious. My first impression is too much space above the child's head. The following thought was, the space accentuates how small the child is. Love the expression.

You did so right, these little guys show us what we have forgotten - to have fun with any weather - great capture, just showing his mood of exploring the wet zones and the splashes he can create - his clothing is handsome , seems he would fit twice in it, but he does not care , super funny and accurate image , the rain is falling in long lines, which creates an effect like in the musical "I am singing in the rain , that fits perfectly for your image -
technically perfection in all details, focus, contrast lighting, frame, close up etc - the message is much more important for me in this image , well done
