I have always loved the colors in the female cardinal and felt that an inauguration ball gown that is a take off on her colors would be absolutely beautiful. How lucky for you that these wonderful birds come and visit your feeder! They have such a nice shape and lovely colors. Love the bright orange beak. Nice detail in the face and feathers, good catch-light in the eye. The background is nicely neutral and clutter-free. I feel it's a bit dark but otherwise a very nice catch! Lynnmarie
