At first sight I thought this to be a watercolour painting. This is a simple composition,realistic very elegantly composed,and beautifully coloured. it goes to prove that beauty lies in simplicity too! well done!

Beautiful and elegant. The foggy look is so enchanting and mysterious. The golden willows bring such a eye catching element. Very nice choice of colors they work really great with each other. The water has a really nice effect to it. Great job, thanks for sharing.

Excellent digital painting! I love the composition and how subtle and beautiful it is. The sun with the bird really makes the work come to life. I am a big fan of shadowhouse textures for my photography. It works quite well here. Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Wow, I love it. It's as if the foxtails are moving in a water current. Beautiful colors merging. A foxtail turned into loveliness. Nice accomplishment!

There's a lovely quality to this, with the foxtails leaning together toward the right, the thick fog obscuring most of the backround, the sun shining through the fog, and the wonderful touch of the bird in flight.
The repeated pattern of foxtails gives rhythm to the picture. Their long stems give delicate line, their golden colors seen well against the grey backround. The green in the harmonizes
Nice to have the deeper shades in a group in the lower left, providing a starting off place for all the stems.
Nice textures.
The light with the fog helps create an atmosphere.

Thanks a million, Angel Girl! I love wild flowers and wild grasses. Foxtails aren't so great when you have dogs though. Again, I thank you for the beautiful review.
