This is beautifully done. Your drawing skills are displayed so powerfully in the faces of the soldiers and throughout! Nice use of pointalism for shadowing and texturing. Complex, wonderful composition. A very spare selection of colors, but used so dramatically to portray the scene. I'm delighted to view this!

Read your notes and could not agree with you more. I am one of those strange persons who cannot stand the sight of blood, so in a situation like this I would be totally useless. Makes me appreciate even more the good work done by doctors, nurses and others you treat the ill or in the case of tropps, injured. Good Luck in the contest.

An excellent presentation of a truly forgotten hero. Really well executes with such great detail and composition. I totally agree with you. In Vietnam these guys were a lifeline to the troops in the jungle. Great contest entry, and tremendous color and detail as always. Facial expressions are dramatic and show their feelings.
