She's quite beautiful - I like the colouring of her underbelly. Good composition and framing, just wish the snake's head could stand out more as it's difficult to find it in the grasses of the same colour. Besides that I love that you caught the reflection of the sky and reeds in the background, it's a nice subtlety :)

Focus is perfect
Colors are earthy
Lighting is nice - gives good sheen off that snakeskin.
Contrast is good
Composition is balanced. Only missing the tip of the tail.

I can't stand snakes!! Great photo!! Is she a dangerous one??! Everything is nice and crisp with this photo. the lighting is good and so it the reflection in the water. Thank-you for sharing

Oh my gosh! Glad she didn't decide to take a bite out of you. Excellent contrast and color with great detail of the snake's skin. Really had a huge impact on me as the viewer because I think you are very brave to get that close. Those things really scare me.
