Nothing negative to this negative shot. I am always fascinated by water drops and the shapes. These are well captured and the reflections are very good.

Loving the overall affectation ,from the use of black and white to the cropping. If I had not read your notes I would have assumed it was a summer pond with the proverbial 10 year old county boy at its banks skimming stones on a summer day...great job invoking a whole scenario in my mind from one simple frame!

Thank you very much for your imaginative review. I like the idea of the stone skimming boy but it's just rain.

That is a very creative shot of the water drop hitting the puddle. The shapes made by that hit are interesting and full of storytelling ability.

What a technique! This is pretty wild. The drop actually looks huge! I like how you caught it, full of action and with its reflection in the water just right. I think I would have really liked to have seen the color, but the B&W works well here, as you intended. Great work!

Thank you very much. There wasn't much of colors but sad looking gray rain on gray concrete. So I decided to play a little with the negative version of black and white, filters and some other little tricks.

Nicely composed and framed. Initial impact - bold contrast/stop motion. Use of b&w is effective. Good stop motion. Good focus and DOF. Lighting effective and brings out reflections nicely. Overall very nice - thanks for sharing.

I love how you were able to capture the splash of the water. I think the black and white effect worked really well here.

Amazing shot. Mystery, drama, storytelling. Just amazing. I love the composition. I've never seen a negative converted shot that looks so natural, one could almost believe that this is the original. Great capture of the reflections; reflections are one of my favourite themes.

Thank you very much. Your right it looks like a shot at night rather than negative. That's why I liked the outcome.
