This is one that would be a perfect painting also. the depths of a flower is incredible, the middle parts are dripping with nector, and the delicate veins of the petals. Plus, the color, the contrast. Beautiful!

This is a great shot. Focus is right on the money and the details are sharp and clear. Nice bright colors and a full frame. Very nice composition.

Beautify captured macro. The color is vibrant and the focus perfect. I love how you also capture the very texture of the petals, so much so that you can almost reach out and touch it. Excellent lighting as well.

Most definitely a daylily...and what a SUPER shot! Love how you captured the veins in the flower and those gorgeous stamens fiulled with pollen. The depth of field in this is awesome from top to bottom.
The color POPS. I can see why you earned second spot in the flower contest. Congrats! You did a beautiful job!
