Nice composition, rather unusual in the thin vertical format but it works.
The main issue is that the image is presented too bright. I know that the title and subject are those white teeth but they are displayed much over exposed, true it makes them very white but also destroys all detail, hard to tell that they are individual teeth. The lighting on the balance of the face is good but the exposure again is too high.

Lovely closeup. You have a beautiful smile and eyes. I think I would go a little darker with the left hand side though , your cheeks and ips are a little blown and lighten up your background. Your hair is lost in it. I like the composition. thanks for sharing.
