This is interesting the way you took this one. Wonder if someone kept the vine from growing on that part of the window so they could look in and see what was there? What is the white piece near the bottom right. Good luck in the contest.

The white piece is a sheet of metal a kind of cover, relatively new. Maybe it is somekind of electric outlet or the electric meter, but that is pure speculation. I don't know.
