Thank you! Old man Bob and I was shooting here this morning. He has a new lens he was trying out. I got a shot a lot like this when they passed. Fisherman are a pain!!

This is unusual for you Willie. You often have only the bird occupying the space. And I love those. But I also like your composition here. It's very cleverly done. You waited for just the right moment, perhaps in fear that the bird would fly before the boat was in position. Good focus and colour. Well done.

Thank you so very much! The heron was there and I just waited for the boat to come into the frame. I was surprised the bird did not fly!

Lovely photo, I like the way the bird came out right in the middle when the boat passed. The green around the photo makes the bird stand out. Good luck in the contest, nice job!!
