nice complementary work in the red and green. excellent close-up of dynamic male cardinal with a seed in it's beak. the red is awesome and works nicely against the green background creating excellent positive-negitive space. nice work

They are a beautiful animal. clarity shows great detail in his feathers. I don't think I have ever had a cardinal come to my feeder. :/ Great shot.

Like the way you have cropted this photo to bring out the true beauty of this bird. His vibrant color and markings are striking. Like the background where is accents the top of his feathers and head.

This is a good strong image once again Willie. Rich colouring and fine detail. For me though the darkened areas of the background are a bit too obviously burnt in as they seem to follow the shape of the birds head. Maybe a vignette would have worked better. Mitch

Beautiful capture. Nice profile. Defined detail. I like that he's chomping on a seed. Looks like you take good care of your birds; they will take care of you by warning you of bad weather, omens.... Birds speak to the women of my immediate and extended family for generations.
