The yellow is definitely very mellow. The blues are a lovely contrasting color. I think the background curtain looks very impressive. It reminds me of crushed course velvet.

I like the abundance of detail in this picture. The shading of the flower petals of the lilies as well as the purple ones, the lace, draping and shadows on the curtains, the shadows on the table and the contrasting lines on the vase. The use of just three colors is striking, especially with the purple which just makes the whole thing pop. Nice work.

I think I'm envious because I couldn't get a photographic still life to turn out that well! Love the textures and shading on this - you seem to have a real knack for balancing differences. Everything is well placed and the flowers look very real. Excellent work!
