Your very own myth! You have a super sense of motion in the planets and the colors. I am thinking of a modern feel to the Olympian Gods..and he is having a bit of a tantrum! I think by keeping your main character a silhouette, you have left a lot open for each person to interpret, which is great! donkeyoatey

As usual, you are pretty close with your interpretation. The modern Olympian God having a tantrum. Excellent Maybe it is the modern human, who thinks he is an Olympian God and master of the universe, but only understanding on a technical level, without truly understanding all its dept and mysteries. That being Olympian or modern human has lots of power; power which could be used to the good of the universe or to its destruction if he gets a tantrum.

I don't know how to do half of what you said, therefore I admire your digital skills alot.
I like the background the most. Very pretty and interesting. The silhouette is very powerful looking. It looks like he controls the universe. I like the planets floating around too. Very cool image skillfully done.

Very interesting way you constructed this piece, not unlike the way we traditional artists paint in layer. I do like the persepctive, all is believable yet none can be! Composition is well balanced and makes good use of color. THe figure is slightly off center and the silhouetee is bold-it says 'man' instead of woman because of the hand size and body shape. Very creative piece! jean

Yes, one does feel power emanating from this silhouetted man. The light stroke outlining him doesn't work for me. I would either eliminate it or change all the area surrounding him to a very light color, like the light in front of him. Also, the arm extending in back of him looks to be in the wrong position, too low.

Thank you Susan. As usual we see those things entirely different. I have the outline put in purpose, but I will rethink that concept. The arm however cannot be wrong, since the silhouette is the only thing in the picture which is not painted. It maybe is the angle of the deep angle original photo shot. The man is in a position called foreshortening in art [painting]. He just got extracted from the photo and filled up with black to create the silhouette. I send you the original photo. He needs that position which is as much embracing the universe as strangling it. He is a human, having the power we possess today with which we could destroy or save our universe.
