This is very pretty it resembles Bunka stitches done with a special crochet and is a Japanese stitch. Wonderful job, and much patience as I know how to the Bunka. Especially with ink, must have taken forever. Congratulation for your perseverance and good work, you surely desrve it. Keep it up, and Good Luck.

Not only do the points create this great work, but also create texture on the cacti. That brown thing in the background looks like the cookie monster, with his two eyes standing on top his head. I like the color in the cacti, they have a lot going for them. Simple subject material from up close, but a lot going on there in terms of color, composition, and design.
