Well you have really captured the bark along with the knots of the tree - your color's are so spot on the only comment I feel I need to make is the light spot at the top of the photo it just seems to keep catching my eye but other then that this is a great photo

Excellent closeup of the tree bark with good lighting. The texture is shown clearly and the knots in the trunk add to impact. Great focus and dof.

This is beautiful. I love the slightly different shades of brown in the bark. I also like the vertical (stripes) in the bark instead of the small chips you usually see. The lighting is excellent as well as the focus.
