This is a beautiful photo as well. I love the brightness of it, and how there are so many white trees in the garden. You said that this one was converted into a hotel. Were you staying in it? If so, then how do the rooms look? I have always wondered if people update the rooms to make them look more modern of they leave it pretty much the same. Your focus and framing are both great in in this photo as well. You did a wonderful job :) Thanks for sharing :)

old rooms how one could imagine, but refreshed, paintings, modern bathroom

A beautiful picture of le Château Varillettes & it's beautiful formal Parterre or Knot Garden which are not only beautiful but the 40 shades of green makes a beautiful contrast to the stone work of the Château & the blue sky with it's high flying clouds make the perfect background. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful chateau. Americans a building huge homes but they can't compare. The grounds are magnificent. Wonderful lighting a framing, excellent focus and depth of field.
