Introduction: First and foremost, my intention is never to cause offence when delivering a review to a FanArtReview Community Member.
As a backdrop to my review observations, I am happy to divulge that my interest in Photography mainly focuses on the interplay of light on a subject or object and the surroundings encompassed within the four corners of a camera's viewfinder. Fuji Velvia Slide film and a Lightbox are still highly thought of, which probably explains why I am a follower of Photography by Michael Busselle, Joe Cornish, Lee Frost, Tom Mackie, David Noton, Charlie Waite and John Webster. My self-absorbed thinking is not always concerned with Landscape and Travel. Occasionally, I enjoy shooting the odd Still Life using soft diffused window light.
When it comes to Wildlife Photography, I am aware of the work of Andy Rouse and just how far he pushes the boat out with Lady Luck at his side.
Art is undoubtedly the cornerstone of all Photographic paths, tracing it's true roots back to cave drawings and etchings.
Digital Art has surely passed everyone's expectations, and has led me to occasionally explore the challenges and creativity offered by a Fuji Finepix S2800HD Digital Camera.
I do not hold a teaching qualification, but I am BTEC National Diploma accredited in Design and a NAWE Professional follower / member.
All Artists surely have a unique thought process interacting with their craft.
As reviewers, we have to accept that our observations cannot always hit bullseye from a recipient's viewpoint.
Without being mean spirited, I recognise that it's alright to be the downer sometimes, set limits, and referee so that people can relax, connect and do their best work.
Observations: The Portrait Composition adds a really dynamic quality to your image.
Captioning is simple and has been well thought through.
Creativity of presentation: First Rate
Color Harmony: Outstanding
Centre of Interest: Well seen
Technical Excellence: Respect
Technique: Imaginative
Story Telling Ability: Strong
Conclusion: A worthy addition to your Portfolio.
I am sure that William Henry Fox Talbot and Louis Jacques Mande Daguerre would approve of your artistic Skills !
Thank You for sharing your Artwork and enhancing my journey as an Art Reviewer.
