Interesting piece.
The moth looks like one of those carnival masks that they wear in Venice. It also reminds me of a cat's face.
Very sublime piece actually.
It has a Native American feel to it as well. It reminds me of some of the Kokopelli glyphs I have seen.

Ooo, I like the texture in this piece. The way you captured the eyes on its wings give it the look of a dangerous lion. That should chase the predators away! Good luck in the contest. Should be a contender.
