Ooh! The figure at the top of the stairs looks as if he's going to tumble down to the bottom. I like the patterns shown here from the stairs, rails, walls and ceiling of the subway and the use of black and white emphasizes these. Great angle to use. Very good composition. Suzanne

This is so interesting and a wonderful detailed shot of the subway. I'm very curious as to what the figure is at the top left.
It appears almost alien, or headless....and the other figures are trying to photograph
It. Very cool. I really, like the media work giving this image some soft quality. Very well done.

this for sure is a total different perspective from a subway
excellent idea and angle - I love the black and white in this case as it takes distraction away from anything letting just the form and the shape of the place - I think this is a nice approach to turn something really simple into something special
your picutre is clear and sharp with the perfect contrast and lighting
A really interesting shot , well seen well done

Excellent lighting and intriguing subject matter. The black and white suits at very well. The one figure on the left almost looks like a gorilla, which makes that figure quite menacing! Where is his head? The Man 2 his right almost looks like he sees that his picture is being taken. Either that or he knows the photographer. It is very interesting. I like the effect of the composition. Nice work!

I love photos with lots of geometric angles and shapes. You really have that going on here in a spectacular way. Grabbed my attention immediately and carried my eyes right up those stairs to the people at the top. Excellent centered composition is spot on. A wonderful piece of photographic art.

I think this is excellent. The drama it conveys. It's strong and the figures in it tell a story. It could almost be a clip from a horror movie! (i mean that in the nicest way)! Great photo!

This shot has very good initial impact. The viewer is immediately drawn in and up the stairs. The way you have turned this into a kind of pencil sketch in the post editing is done very well, it makes the composition so much more interesting to look at. Great technical skills both behind the camera and on the computer.

This had do many adpects to look at. The architecture of the building and stairway has many surfaces, each with their own light reflections and shading making a very impressive view. I like your angle how it invites the viewer in and up to take in the various fixtures and then the people at the top add life and movement. It's an interesting photograph. Thank you for sharing.

I really like the choice of B & W for this image. I really gives one a sense of the 50's. The leading lines from each side lead the eye to the top of the stairway. The lighting and shadows enhance the image without distracting from the overall composition. The empty stairway really adds to the effect. Very well done.

This is a great shot of every day life in New York City. Im sure these stairs get alot of use and are frequented by many people on a daily basis. I like the black and white look you gave this photo. Nice job.
