excellent initial impact - fantastic idea - very artistic composition expressing perfectly your idea
the arrangement stands out already by the combination of your simple subjects
The color combination is well balanced and harmonious, excellent shadow and light application
Camera technique is perfect, clear and sharp in details, perfect contrast and lighting,color saturation is spot on - your angle is best possible and the frame well chosen
I think this is photographic art - and should become a new category

Very nice. It looks like an advertisement for the pen, or a handwriting course offered. The photo is nice and sharp, and looks almost 3D. The pen seems to be jumping off the page. Real fine job.

I love how you put this together. to me handwriting is perfect and almost a lost art since everyone now uses icons and pictures. Not to mention slang lol

I agree that the font in this is very attractive. The pen has a nice elegant appearance and the way you applied the shadows is impressive. I think the lighting is also very nice.

This is a lovely image, Annie - the dark blue pen and different shades of blue in the background and cord with a touch of gold contrasting well with the text in the background. I used to do calligraphy many years ago but wouldn't attempt it with a ballpoint pen! Very imaginative presentation. Suzanne

A good thought. I think the ball pen and the text go excellent with each other. If the ball pint is fine enough and the hand light, the writing might be as beautiful as written with a plume. The contradiction of the pen with the background is also intriguing and surely unusual and thought provoking out of the box. The colors and the diagonal placement of the pen are pleasant. The composition is balanced and well framed.
