I like your timing to get this interesting capture. The colors look very nice and I like the way the smoke looks as it crosses between the planes.

Yes,the US Navy's exhibition squadron certainly does but on an impressive demonstration with their stripped down and 'souped up' F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets,doesn't it?
Your photo of this two plane element performing a high speed crossover maneuver looks Great!
