ooh, he looks scary! It looks somewhat like a giant ant. That red abdomen is sure to scare off predators. Your photo is very clearly focused and framed perfectly.

Incredible head on wasp capture. You can count the tiny hairs on its legs which tells me too close for my comfort.
It almost looks as if it is watching you take it's photo.

The abdomen indeed has unusual color and shape. The orange stands out like a warning flag. The wings seem small in comparison with the unusual body, strong legs and big head. Your POV shows the insect in an interesting angle which shows body and face well. The sharpness of detail is impressive. The photo is well focused and has intriguing shallow depth. I also appreciate the realism of color and the well balanced composition and framing.

The abdomen indeed has unusual color and shape. The orange stands out like a warning flag. The wings seem small in comparison with the unusual body, strong legs and big head. Your POV shows the insect in an interesting angle which shows body and face well. The sharpness of detail is impressive. The photo is well focused and has intriguing shallow depth. You show so much detail in the wasp, I can see the tiny hairs on its legs, very well photographed with spot on focus, the image is clear, exposure is perfect, that red belly and the gold on its head really stand out from the green tones, the wasp is well placed in the frame, the blurred background is perfect. This is outstanding! I love the details we can see so close up. When we see small life forms so close up we understand their intricacy and beauty and I wonder how we can disregard their world so easily. Of course, humans do that with large creatures too :( Anyway, the colors are fantastic. I really love that it looks like the wasp was busy and looked up at you just as you snapped his picture. I love how the center looks like a big cactus! I am not in the position to buy art right now, but this is one I would love to have hanging in my home!
