Whoa,look at that face,I don't know who ticked this guy off,but he definitely doesn't look amused! I great portrait off this unhappy otter,sharp focus,like he details in his fur and those long whiskers,and look at those TEETH! Great exposure and eye clarity. A wonderful entry for the contest,best wishes to you!

What a cute picture! I do not think he looks angry though, maybe surprised? That is an OMG face to me. The details of the whiskers and eyes stand out very well against the faded green background

This is an intriguing portrait. Your photo is excellently focused and exposed and has perfect depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of color and light. The reflection on the eye is especially interesting. The shallow background emphasizes the animal profoundly. The composition is balanced, but I think that the framing at left is to tight, because some of the whiskers are cut by the margin.

I love it. You did a great job capturing the emotion of the otter. I can only imagine he is yelling frustrations about the current situations of the world. It's unfortunate we cannot translate the chattering.

He is so cute! I love that his mouth is open like he is giving somebody what for. The background really helps the otter pop! I don't know a lot about otters, but this one is full of personality.

A fantastic stop action picture of this protesting Otter voicing it's opinion head up on the bank just out of the water it's silky coat still wet. the light sparkling in it's eye & it's whiskers twitching, while the light highlights it's pink tongue, white eye teeth & thick coat. all standing out clearly from the blurred green backdrop.
