Thanks so much, what a great honor. It is especially rewarding as I am new to digital painting still learning as I go for sure. Thanks!!!

This is so pretty. I love how you have blurred out the trees in the background adding so much depth. The chickadee almost looks real.
Excellent work.

Hi Allan, What a beautiful winter scene! Love the chickadee snowy scene. The pine tree and the snow have created a beautiful image. I like how you blurred the background trees. When the snow comes down hard the background just disappears. This would make a lovely Christmas card! The bent branch adds some nice character to the image and the chickadee holds the whole scene together. Very Nicely Presented! This definitely deserves a six star rating in my book! :o) Nancy

Thanks Nancy, indeed a greeting card for sure. I just admire these birds in the bitter cold of winter, just singing away and appreciating life. They taught me a lesson! Thanks again.

This is beautiful Allan, I love the chickadees , we have them here year round and it amazes me that they can survive the cold!
This is just a wonderful scene you have created to show the chickadee perched on the curved branch, the bird is perfectly placed within the space over on the right leaving room for it to look or move into , the bird is well shaped with accurate chickadee proportions , nice application of the colors too! The tree is beautiful and I like the way it is curved , I see more trees in background and can see that it is snowing .
This is well created, beautifully arranged and presented! It would make a delightful greeting card!

Thanks so much Pat, indeed maybe I have to use this for Christmas cards this year. I too admire these little creatures and how they adapt to such harsh conditions in winter. Thanks for the super high rating for my artwork. I am still learning how to crawl in this medium.
