Wow what a fancy desert, but are those yellow ones raw eggs?? Gulp. Lol
Your photo is well taken, with good colours and focus, but I find the background a little distracting - I'm wondering if it's worth trying to black or white it out? I feel if you did it would really highlight the subject so well and really make it pop.
Great image for the contest and best wishes for it.

Oh whew! That certainly makes it a lot more appetizing! Lol
Oh what a shame, do you edit on the computer? If yes, I use paint.net which is totally free and has a very good range of tools, it's the one I used most of the time, but I think (tho not positive!) it can only be used with a computer or laptop.
