Definitely a dramatic wake captured here in such a lovely scene! I am amazed at all the shades of blues going on here. Nice shot. I wish you the best in the contest.

Really don,t see the point of this one, there is nothing to see at all, horizon is leaning as well, beggars believe people are giving fives for this one,and i have seen similiar ones from you before on here, you must be struggling now to find anything interesting to show on here, how about you get out with your camera and take new photos...Brian

This is well-shot picture having a range of tones from pure blue to pure green , with varying shades of gray in between. The composition is carefully considered, with attention paid to lighting, contrast, and texture. Well done!

This is an awesome view of Queen Mary's wake. It stretches in a lovely arc over a vast distance. Especially appealing is the color delineation between the wake and surrounding water. The pastel cloud colors also add a nice touch.
This image is well composed and conveys a feeling of nature's immensity.

Well this dramatic shot certainly meets the main criteria of this contest.

This is a good looking nautical image you have posted.

It is very well framed - I like that you included a portion of the stern, it defines place and circumstance. The capture is bright with fine contrast and color.

The composition gives us a southing view of the sea.

Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done!... Bob

COOL!
There'll be no 'zombie' WWII German U-Boats trying to track you in that rough wake! : D
This is a wonderful, nicely Out of the Ordinary photographic presentation and Im enjoying it very much!

I like the camera settings you used; I think this has a slight painting look and I'd recommend printing it on canvas. It's simple but very enjoyable to look at.

The wake just off the fantail of the ship. wonderful picture . I wonder if you were lucky enough to see the flying fish in the wake and waves of the ship? or the fluorescence of the water in the dark of night. It is simply amazing. Thanks for sharing. Ray

    Thanks, no just the wake!
Comment from Maureen Woychyshyn

This is a nice view of the wake being created by the ship as it moves through the water. The beautiful colors of the ocean are wonderful accented by the dark blues of the sky. Lovely visual.
