Elana, welcome to Fan Art Review, It is my hope that you learn a lot from your peers here and enjoy your self. As I look at your painting, I feel as if it should be turned 90 degrees to the right. I see that you jump right into surrealism where as most slip out of realism first. I have one suggestion, master realism first, it is a natural transition, gain experience and the knowledge of color theory and the use of compliments. Ray

You have a vivid imagination! I'm not sure what's going on here but it is very creative for sure. I particularly like that deep red colour against the cream paper. Well drawn and interesting.

Good drawing and colouring of a fantasy piece. I have no idea what it is or heard of it but somehow I find it attractive at first I saw a Knight bending over his victim then I saw an iron horse with a red main .. with that kind of draw for me makes it a very good entry.

I like the colors in this composition, especially the top deep red and smooth blues. The beige background with sprinklings in it is nice. Your imagination is producing again. Perhaps you could check out Fan Story as well.
