Wow! Just... Wow! That is so incredibly beautiful. I am amazed by the windswept patterns in the sand and how pure they are. No human footprint, no animal tracks

Awesome shot orchidrn. Peeping through the arch on to the beautiful wave formations. Antelope canyon a little far for me for a day trip ... oneday maybe.

It's is breathtaking scenery there and other western states. This is a cool capture. The angle of the shot of these colorful walls and shapes in the rock wall Is great. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

This is a stunning capture of light, shadows, shapes and textures. The limited spectrum of color helps to create a peaceful scene while the smooth but crisp waves of texture ebb and flow through the landscape like a turbulent sea. Fantastic shot!

WOW! A mindblowing scene. These canyon looks so beautiful with its textures, lines, shapes patterns and earthy colors. I like the artistry of your presentation. Great angle, focus, and lighting. The formations and its lines are sharp. This surely deserves a six.

Michele, This is an unusual but beautiful photo. Looks like standing waves in the ocean. I remember when you first posted one your many pictures of Antelope Canyon, I felt I have to see this in person and it was added to my bucket list. Thank you for sharing this anomaly. Ray

Wow! This is beautiful!
A very abstract photo - but that's what drew me to it - I wouldn't have had a clue what it was without your notes!
You've handled the light and shade very well, with no part of it either over or under exposed - not an easy feat!
Very good luck in the contest!

This must be a fantastic place to visit. The formations, probably created over millions of years, are almost out of this world, and has given your photo an almost abstract feel to it. I especially like the way you have used the light and the arch shape at the top framing the photo in such a nice and natural way.

The photo is pin sharp showing truly clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is spot on. I also love the earth tones.

The format and framing is perfect, and it is a very good balance in the composition. Indeed a beautiful and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Hi Orchidrn, These sculpted rocks so resemble waves. I love the look and texture of the rocks. I can imagine the awe you had in getting to see these curvy formations. Love the tones, lighting and focus. Love how you captured the arch. You picked a great place to capture this awesome sight. Presentations is terrific! A very cool entry for the contest too! Good Luck! :o) Nancy
