A spectral feast for the eyes Nieves.
A very well thought out frame. The road as a central feature works well as a change of scene anchor. The road in the distance validates and gives the scene a natural sense.
Just enough tall trees. They don't dominate or take attention away from the blossoms.
All the colors appear natural and not oversaturated.
I could sit and tarry a while in this place... Bob

You have produced a lovely floral look photograph. The meadow of flowers is a colorful contrast to the greenery foliage seen on the opposite side. If I was there at the Garvan Woodland Garden, I couldn't resist the temptation of picking out a tulip or two. Thanks for producing an immediate 'Makes Me Smile' photograph.

Thanks, Marguarite. You can always visit Garvan by early Spring. The tulip is usually at its peak around 2nd or 3rd week of March. It is in the Woods and adjacent is the National Forest with waterfalls. They also have a facebook page.

I really love the way you captured the colours in this woodland scene. The portrait choice of your presentation lends itself very well to a layered view that incorporates the trees
with the road then the patch or rather large bed of flowers. Really apoealing.

This is such a colorful and lovely scene with all the lovely tulips, but I also like a lot the background of trees starting to get their green leaves. Really like your point of view as well.
The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details in the foreground tulips. The colors look nice and natural, and the exposure is spot on.
The tall format is perfect, and I think it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Nieves, and with an excellent DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.

Nature's masterpiece, a colourful flowerbed of tulips painting the canvas of the earth with grace. You have beautifully captured it in your lens. Well done!

Nieves this is a beautiful shot of the tulips and the trees. Reminds me a little of my painting, the golden hour and five trees. Amazing. I just love tulips too. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

Love tulips and they look so at home in the woods even though not wild ones. Love the colors and the array of flowers.
Good composition, dof and focus.

A beautiful scene that is very spring with these lovely tulips. Would have liked it better without the trees and just a concentrated view of the flowers. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks, orchid. I really wanted to show the trees because this is in the wooded area, very close to the National Forest.
