I like the soft pastel quality of this piece of art,the detail is of course totally different to a photo that i would do,but of course as its art thats to be expected,drawing or painting is beyond me but do regonize good work,well done for this...Brian

Very well done. The muted background really makes the bee stand out. The brushstrokes on the bee are excellent, it looks as though I could reach out and brush him so gently as he sips the nectar from his flower

Superb pastel of this little busy bee. The bee is to scale (body biology) and you even supported that hint of light in the eye. The flowers are soft and inviting to the bee as well as the viewer. The background adds to the innocence of the piece. A very admirable and welcoming piece. Thank you for sharing and good luch in the contest.

This bumble bee looks so sweet sitting on a tiny flower, and especially its eye is well done. Bumble bees are quite furry, and by the way you pictured this, it looks so soft.
I also like the soft background and the color pallet you have used. The bumble bee is done paying such good attention to details and with good use of high lights.
The format and framing is perfect, and the bee and flower are well placed on the paper. A truly pretty and well done pastel, and I wish you luck with the contest.

A cute scene. I love how your realistically draw this bumblebee. Great angle showing its prominent eye, lines, and vivid textures. The tiny details like the antennae and the legs are pretty clear.
