This is very colourful indeed, but because its digital and not like art art? Which I know I will get told that digital art is art, it should not be classified as art done without digital help. And I do wish they would stop having digital art in the same contest as normal art because my art will never be able to compete with yours, I do think that you should have made room for this beautiful duck to move forward as well, treat it as a photograph.

Thank you so much for the review. I fully understand your concerns regarding digital and traditional. I have excelled in both and have been doing it for over 40 years. Digital art is just as, if not harder at times, than traditional art. I have a degree in Graphic Design. I do this partly for a living. Would it be fair to say when you said this " And I do wish they would stop having digital art in the same contest as normal art because my art will never be able to compete with yours," Does that mean a artist that paints on traditional canvas and produces art like Robert Bateman not be allowed to join because their art is so good? Digital art is real art. It was a whole new way to self-express a new form of creativity. While it is still a controversial topic among traditional artists, it is finding a place in this new world. This by no way demeans the skill and artistry of traditional artists, it simply means that digital art is a new form of artistic self-expression. Every person views art in a different way. What one may consider art, another may think differently. Art in itself is simply something created by an individual to display their own self-expression.

Robert Bateman I could compete against, But digital art like a photograph, Would I like to compete as an artist against a photo? Nope. So, I still feel the same, there are some contest that I will not enter because I know the digital artist will win. Machine made art is still machine made art no matter how hard you work to do it. Its like if I decided to enter a paint by number piece, I worked hard on it but it was all designed and colours chosen I just painted it .

An excellent entry for this contest. It is amazing what we, as amateurs, can create in the digital world. Twenty years ago this would have been a masterpiece from some famous studio or artist. Now with AI and editing it is relatively easy to create such a work of art. Well done.

There is no ai in this and it was not easy to create. Of course i also have a degree in graphic design
went ro school for 4 years for my degree. This one took about 72 hours off and on over a week. Yes ai makes things easier but I stopped using it long ago because I like the challenge of creating from bottom up. I do appreciate the six stars :)
