This is a beautiful flower. The focus and position of the flower are very nice. The details captured are very nice and the dark background work very nicely to make the specimen pop. Great job!

Oh my what a beautiful Lotus bloom. Very sharp and with replacement of the background with black it really pops off the screen. I even see a small fly on the leaf. Composition is well balanced. Overall great shot.

Wow. Replacing the background with the solid black really makes the flower stand out. The contrast is perfect. I believe that this is mixed media because you did that, and did it quite well. It is a very sharply focused image with stunning color and exposure. It is a perfect composition.
