Think you will find corruption is rampant in a lot of countries more so probarly in so called third world countries,don,t think it will change.
That aside i find this also sad you can see in his eyes what must be normal living for him,good piece of photo journilism although it must have been quite upsetting to take....Brian

Informative artist's notes. This is a pretty unique entry in this Black and White Contest. Great substance representing the poverty stricken little boy in Madagascar. You have presented this well in black background and vertical frame. Excellent lighting, focus, and angle. Clarity of this image is superb. A great photo for journalistic purposes. A touching scene.
