Personally, what makes this scene for me is the entire composition; the clouds, water, the repeating patterns of boats and even the sneak peak of the dock(s) / Piers, that offers a sense of security. The front (red) boat becomes a nice focal point for the viewers eye to rest on before taking in the rest of the scene.
Techs are all there, including focus, dof, color and detail.

A nice visual entry here of the boats tethered and anchored in the ocean bay. Lovely focus and clarity with sharpness of detail. The clouds in the sky are a lovely addition to the overall scene. Good luck.

What a busy scene and looks like a pleasant and happy day. The lake looks pristine, the clouded sky is bright and dramatic, and the boats added so much life in this composition. Great lighting, composition, angle, and focus. The vertical framed accommodated all the elements of your composition especially the sky and the motion of the water. Great shot. This scene reminds me of the many moments those boat riders have enjoyed and turned it into treasured memories.
